I don’t know if it’s the successful effort of making myself play in the sun more or the daily scoops of mushroom blend that I’ve been adding to my coffee, but I’ve been more upbeat and focused these last couple of weeks. The insomnia is still a reoccurring issue, but I don’t have that feeling of being pulled down and dragged across the floor. So, what does any sane person do when they feel like this? Take advantage of every single minute, even if you get all four seasons in one week.
